"The project involved a complete reorganisation of the ground floor of our house including building a rear extension, new kitchen and replacement of a conservatory integrating this area into open plan living space. 

 

The work involved extensive and complex steelwork removing a number of load bearing walls. The team had to cope with us living here with the dog! Furniture had to be regularly relocated as the floor levels were raised, the underfloor heating installed and the laying of a tiled floor throughout. 

 

The work also included relocating the staircase which has enhanced the front hall and entrance to the house. Whilst we worked from architect plans we liaised closely with Matt in managing the project.

 

His leadership is commendable and he has a good team of workers who are friendly and professional. Minor teething problems and delays mostly due to Covid but these were all overcome and the result is spectacular.
