“From the invitation to tender JKL’s approach has been very provisional. On presenting the costs everything was explained and how the PC sums would be spent on our choice of fittings. 

 

The construction has been to a very high standard and carried out by very professional and friendly craftsmen. Following the start of the contract work was delayed by severe inclement weather. JKL still completed the work on time and budget.
